Team, Assemble! is a project (soon be a standalone company) currently incubated within Greyworks LLC. This Privacy Policy discusses the information we (Team, Assemble! at goteamassemble.com, teamassemble.app, teamassemble.pro, and other associated digital properties) collect, along with how and why it's used.
As a general note, the folks behind Team, Assemble! consider U.S. Law to be wholly inadequate in protecting an individual's right to privacy. To that end, we hope you'll find that our privacy policy leans heavily user-sided.

Scope
This Privacy Policy applies only to our online activities with regard to the information that our users, their browsers, or their devices have shared and/or have been collected through use of Team, Assemble!.

By using our website, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its Terms of Service.
Information we collect
The personal information you provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide personal information.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.
Retention Period
We may hold on to and retain your data indefinitely or as long as required to by law. You may formally request in writing for your information to be proactively deleted from our application and its systems, which will be honored in all lawful cases. Following deletion, your information may retained a while longer as system backups, logs, and other temporary mediums work their way into obsolence and thus automated deletion. Our retention period for temorary mediums is 30 days, in most cases.How we use your information

Log Files
We follow a standard procedure of using log files (logs) for when visitors visit websites. This standard practice for web applications includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. We take efforts to ensure this data are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable; however, savvy ne'er-do-wells or your internet service provider may have different feelings on the matter. For our purposes, the information we collect here is for analyzing trends, administering the site, maintaing uptime, business continuity, tracking anonymous visitor paths on the website, and gathering demographic information. It is not collected to snoop on you.
Cookies and Web Beacons
Like all web applications, we use cookies. Cookies store information to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browser type and/or other information, and to keep you logged in while you use the site.
Do please delete any cookies we need to use following your use of Team, Assemble! as you see fit; although note that will definitely be asked to log in again on your next visit.
Advertising Partners Privacy Policies
This list can be used to find the Privacy Policy for each of the advertising partners of Team, Assemble!.
Third-party ad servers, ad networks, and the somewhat-spooky companies of the world use technologies like cookies, JavaScript, or Web Beacons on their respective advertisements and links that may lead to us or that we may host, which are sent directly to users' browser. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs. These technologies are used to measure the effectiveness of their advertising campaigns and/or to personalize the advertising content that you see on websites that you visit.
We have no access nor control over cookies used by third-party advertisers.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or websites. Thus, we are advising you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of these third-party ad servers for more detailed information. It may include their practices and instructions about how to opt-out of certain options.
You can choose to (and encourage you to) disable cookies through your individual browser options. To know more detailed information about cookie management with specific web browsers, it can be found at the browsers' respective websites.
Third Party Vendors
We use third-party vendors to provide you services. The list of third-party vendors that may have access to your personally identifiable information (encrypted or in plaintext) is as follows:
- fly.io (our web hosting provider)
- google.com (APIs: Maps, Places; Google Analytics; Google Workspaces)
- postmarkapp.com (email notifications)
While we use additional vendors for our products and services, they do not process or receive your personal information.
CCPA Privacy Rights (Do Not Sell My Personal Information)
Under the CCPA, among other rights, California consumers have the right to:
- Request that a business that collects a consumer's personal data disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal data that a business has collected about consumers.
- Request that a business delete any personal data about the consumer that a business has collected.

Children's Information (COPPA)
We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13, nor target our products and services to children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
